Order Acceptance

• All orders are subject to availability and final confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your destination country.

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
• Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

3. Product Information & Handmade Disclaimer

• Minor variations in color, shape, texture, firmness, and size are normal and do not constitute defects. Each piece is unique.
• Small surface imperfections, air bubbles, or slight seam lines may be present and are characteristic of handmade silicone goods.
• Product images are for reference only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and screen displays.

4. Product Safety & Use Guidelines

Important Safety Warnings

• Not edible. Our products are not food and must never be placed in the mouth, chewed, or swallowed. Choking hazard.
• Keep products away from children under 3 years old. Use by children of any age requires direct adult supervision at all times.
• Do not tear, puncture, cut, or aggressively stretch the product. Damage caused by misuse will void all return and warranty eligibility.
• Keep away from fire, high temperatures, sharp objects, and direct sunlight for extended periods.
• Products are intended for gentle squeezing as stress relief toys only. They are not medical devices and do not provide therapeutic or medical benefits.

Care Instructions

• Clean gently with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or submerge in water for long periods.
• For naturally soft or tacky surfaces, keep hands clean during use to reduce lint and dust buildup.
• Normal wear and tear from repeated squeezing is expected and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing and shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after handoff to the carrier.
• It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
• For damaged or defective items, an unboxing video is required due to the nature of squishy products.
• Return shipping costs are determined by the reason for return.
• All returns require prior approval. Unsolicited returns may be refused.

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding, is the property of SquishCalm and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our intellectual property for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.

• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your order or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you originally paid for the product in question.
