All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Since our squishies are handmade, please allow extra time during peak seasons.

Shipping Rates:

- Free Shipping on orders over $70

Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping coming soon!

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery if your package is lost or arrives damaged.
